EMAction 是集團內各單位都在使用的即時事件與緊急管理平台，也是數位化的現場安全系統。Traccorp 和 EMTRAC 的專案都可以搭配 EMAction，為在偏遠、艱困環境中作業的人員，多一層數位化的安全與作業支援。在建築物和場館內，它還提供 QR 簽到、疏散引導人員通訊、即時地圖、PEEP 登記，以及符合 AS 3745 與 AS 4083 標準的稽核紀錄。

• Journey management — planned journeys, check-ins and overdue alerts for crews travelling to and between remote sites
• Personnel monitoring — visibility of who is deployed, where they are working and whether they have checked in
• Lone-worker safety — support for personnel working alone or beyond normal supervision
• Incident notification — notification of incidents as they are raised, to the people who need to act on them
• Emergency escalation — escalation paths that carry an incident up the chain when it is not acknowledged
• Operational communications — communications between the field, the site and the operations team
• Digital incident records — incidents, actions and outcomes captured digitally rather than on paper

• Fireground safety inductions run on EMLearn as narrated slide lessons with a knowledge check and completion certificate, so crews cover the theory before they arrive on site
• The Bushfire Safety & Survival module covers duty of care, the risk management cycle, protective clothing, fireground hazards, heat stress and fatigue, LACES and the Dead Man Zone, survival techniques and incident communications

An allergen and dietary communication platform for restaurants, caterers and venues, with AI-matched allergen tagging and QR-code guest access.

• All catered residential and non-residential programs have full allergen and dietary monitoring and consumer exposure via Emcorp’s EMAllergy program
• Students can scan the code to identify a range of foods they may be provided for in catered training classes
